Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders are processed and shipped by the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.

All orders are shipped using a tracked shipping service. Available shipping options, rates, estimated delivery dates, and any applicable free-shipping offers are displayed at checkout.

Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional charge.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your order has not arrived within two days after its expected delivery date, please contact us at sales@gameseekers.net so we can help investigate the shipment.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@gameseekers.net. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and shipping packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the shipment.
